Collection: Charles Gitnick

Charles Gitnick ( American b.2002) is a contemporary artist born, raised and based in Los Angeles California. His art gained notoriety through its use of replica firearms, inspired by the gun violence commonly displayed on the news growing up. His work often explores themes of identity, popular culture, and social issues. Gitnick gained recognition for his unique use of materials, such as shredded money, plastic, plaster, vintage magazines, and other extraordinary mediums. The new style of contemporary art blurs the lines between traditional and modern artistic techniques, creating thought-provoking pieces that challenge viewers to rethink their perspectives.
