Collection: Fragments of Perception by Marie-Chloe Duval

March 13 - April 13 2026

Galerie Jehou is pleased to introduce the work of Marie-Chloé Duval, a contemporary artist whose practice explores the complexity of human perception, social structures, and emotional experience in our hyperconnected world.

In Duval’s paintings, fragments of narrative, color fields, and symbolic forms interact in dynamic tension, mirroring the constant flow of information and stimuli that shape contemporary society. Through this visual language, the artist invites viewers to pause, reflect, and question the forces that influence identity, perception, and collective behavior.

Originally from Quebec and now based in New York, Duval’s artistic journey bridges research, observation, and intuitive expression. Her works have been presented in exhibitions and residencies internationally, where they continue to spark dialogue about the evolving relationship between the individual and the systems that surround us.

This presentation marks Duval’s introduction to the Galerie Jehou Emerging Artist Community, highlighting a compelling new voice whose work resonates with the gallery’s commitment to thoughtful, contemporary artistic practice.
